Programs
Beyond deploying to individual events, we run programs that keep the region's communications ready year-round, and we're building new ones.

RIN
The RapidCom Interoperability Network is our regional radio network and messaging system for NGOs, shelters and community response teams. Both are built to keep running when power, cell service and the internet go down, so responders can stay in touch when they need it most.

BeaconESS
Software for volunteer and combination fire, EMS and rescue departments, built for departments that carry a full workload on a fraction of the budget.
FireHUD
The screen on the bay wall. It shows the active call, assigned units and station status, so everyone is looking at the same information.
Turnout
Call alerts on members' phones, so officers can see who's responding as it happens.
FirePortal
The department's records in one place: rosters, certifications, training, apparatus and documents.

In development
Power strike teams
Portable solar and battery trailers that can power communications equipment at shelters and other sites where grid power is out, with less need for generators and fuel.
Aerial assessment
A drone program to help assess damage at radio tower sites after severe weather, so repairs can be planned before crews reach the site.
